How are the online yoga classes conducted?
Our online yoga classes are conducted live via Zoom. Upon registration, you’ll receive the meeting link and instructions to join the sessions from the comfort of your home.
All sessions are currently held in the morning hours. Exact timings are from 6 AM to 7AM.
How many days a week are the classes held?
The classes are conducted three days a week to ensure consistency and regularity in your practice.
What are the batch options available?
We offer two batch options:

Batch 1: Monday, Wednesday & Friday

Batch 2: Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday
You can choose the batch that best suits your schedule.
Are the sessions live or recorded?
All sessions are conducted live to allow for real-time guidance, corrections, and interaction with the instructor. Recorded sessions are not currently provided.
What do I need to join the online class?
To ensure a smooth and focused practice, please be prepared with the following:

A stable internet connection for uninterrupted live streaming

A laptop, tablet, or mobile device with Zoom installed and working properly

A yoga mat placed in a quiet, well-lit space, with your full body visible on camera

Wear light, comfortable clothing suitable for movement

Wait at least 4 hours after a full meal 2.5 hours after a light snack & 1.5 hours after consuming any beverage

Please join the Zoom link 10–15 minutes early to settle in and ensure everything is functioning smoothly. Being fully prepared helps you receive proper guidance and make the most of each session.
